Our flagship Brecon salon is situated in a relatively rural location  – meaning there aren’t a large number of local beauticians surrounding us. Regardless of this, we’re proud to offer a destination beauty and wellness experience – balancing the confidence and appearance enhancing nature of expert beauty treatments with the atmosphere, experience, and offerings of a spa. Our visitors hail from the South of Wales and beyond.

Here at SMB Beauty, we don’t believe in one overarching ‘best’ beauty treatment. To us, personal beauty, both inner and outer, is an individual matter – and is as unique as each of our clients. As a result, the best beauty treatment for one client may be completely different from the next. For example, our classic lash extensions are a great option for those looking for a natural, lengthened, and darkened lash look, whilst our hybrid lash extensions offer a more dramatic look; offering an excellent option for those with sparse existing lashes. 

Our expert beauticians keep this fact in mind during consultation sessions, working alongside our clients to select and alter beauty treatments in line with their desired results.

Whether or not a beauty treatment is ‘worth it’ is entirely dependent on what you’d like to extract from the session. If you’re unsure as to which service to select, or how exactly to achieve the results you’re seeking, phoning in or emailing your salon for a consultation prior to booking is an excellent way to explore your options further, and ensure your treatment is ‘worth’ it for you. 

For those desiring instant and long-lasting results, beauty treatments such as eyelash lifting, tinting and extensions, brow tinting, shaping, and waxing, and fake tanning are popular options. On the other hand, for those willing to attend multiple sessions, both traditional and modern facial treatments, including CACI, can offer excellent value and outstanding results over a period of time. In addition, facials and massage treatments have seen a notable rise in popularity, offering a brightening, cleansing, and deeply relaxing experience depending on the exact treatment chosen.

We’re situated within the picturesque market town of Brecon, Mid-Wales. You’ll find our salon locates along the car park off St Mary’s Street, between ‘Youngs Carpets’ and ‘Dewi’s Secret Garden’. Please note that at this time, we have limited parking only: should you be unable to find a space, the nearby new Libary has a large and display area.

Yes, you can! With SMB Beauty’s simple online booking software, our clients are easily able to re-book a therapist they’ve had before, or select a new one. Once you’ve chosen your therapist, you’ll be able to see an overview of their availability in calendar format and select a date and time that works for you.

If you require any assistance booking in, please call our friendly reception team, or visit us in advance of your required date at our salon.

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to keep things running as smoothly as possible on our side, we kindly request that at least 24 hours notice (but ideally 48 hours) be provided for cancellations. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

SMB Beauty appointments must be pre-paid. Unfortunately, if your appointment is cancelled with under 24 hours of notice, you won’t receive a refund. 

In case of an emergency less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, please contact our friendly reception team. We’ll be happy to help.

We understand that emergencies happen. If an emergency prevents you from making your appointment, please just give your salon a call. Our lovely team will be able to help.

SMB Beauty accepts payment in advance, both through our online booking system (card only), and in-store (card and cash). Please note that we don’t currently accept Apple Pay.

Absolutely! Salon and spa treatments are the perfect gift for any occasion. Our gift certificates/vouchers are available for purchase both online and in-store. 

Please note that SMB Beauty vouchers are valid for 1 year, and can be redeemed against any of our products or services, but cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Please ensure that you bring your redeemable gift voucher with you to present on arrival.
